Ah, another disorganized week!

So I did in fact create a Bento - alas my friend forgot to lend me their camera and in reality it was a bit of a sticky mess!

While I did enjoy the process to some extent, I am just not convinced Bento is the hobby for me. Maybe when I have a hoard of children who need to compete with class mates I will re-discover some sort of joy in crafting rice and making boiled eggs look like pigs.

Alas these weeks have been taken up by school work and general meandering. I shall return to blog dedication now I have a little spare time.

I have been in the process of creating badly-made posters for my sister who is running for Education & Welfare officer at her Uni. Using MS Paint - you read correctly MS PAINT - I have managed to create some awful but in some ways fantastic images which are meant to sell her as a candidate.

I like the b-list celebrity dragon - threatening yet funny.

Also feeling the whole dictator/communism thing.
Gives a certain something to the campaign vibe.

Not sure how she will react to my images - of which there are about seven posted on her facebook-comment-page-thing.

I guess my theory behind the creation of posters which lack artistic credibility or skill is that she is an art student, campaigning for a role at her art school.

Everyone is expecting well crafted and thought out poster campaigns - nobody is expecting Shane Richie, lasers, atomic explosions taking place on a building which looks suspiciously like the Uni in question or cut&paste head on a dictators body.

Eye catching, vibrant, stupid. These are just some of the words that come to mind when I look at my works of art.

Shit I should have gone to art school.
